Dallas

The Dallas office of Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, high atop downtown Dallas in the 1700 Pacific office tower, is just across the street from the original Neiman Marcus, a block from Thanksgiving Square where lunchtime concerts are often held, a block from the DART light rail station, and a short walk from the arts district, home of the Meyerson Symphony Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, and the Nasher Sculpture Garden.

From DFW Airport

From north airport exit:

• If using the north airport exit, take International Parkway North (the airport road) to Highway 114.
• Travel east on Highway 114 to its merge with Highway 183 and continue to I-35E south.
• From I-35E south, take the I-45 – US 75 exit. This road becomes Woodall Rogers Freeway.
• Exit onto Pearl, headed south.
• Turn right on Live Oak.
• Go 3 blocks and turn left on St. Paul.
• Turn right at the next street, Elm.
• Take an immediate right into the parking garage entrance.

From south airport exit:

• If exiting the airport to the south, take International Parkway South to Highway 183.
• Travel east on Highway 183 to I-35E south.
• From I-35E south, take the I-45 – US 75 exit. This road becomes Woodall Rogers Freeway.
• Exit onto Pearl, headed south.
• Turn right on Live Oak.
• Go 3 blocks and turn left on St. Paul.
• Turn right at the next street, Elm.
• Take an immediate right into the parking garage entrance.

From Dallas Love Field

• The main road exiting Love Field is Cedar Springs. Take Cedar Springs out of the airport.
• Turn right on Inwood, the first stop light after leaving the airport property.
• Follow sign onto Harry Hines south. Travel approximately 3 miles. As you approach the downtown area, Harry Hines becomes a multilane, one-way street.
• After passing through the Harry Hines – Moody Street intersection, stay to the left side of the road.
• Pass the Harwood exit and take the next exit to the left, St. Paul.
• Take St. Paul into the downtown area until you cross Pacific.
• Turn right at the next street, Elm.
• Take an immediate right into the parking garage entrance.
