David A. Walton Named Partner

Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, L.L.P. is pleased to announce the election of David A. Walton, of the firm’s Houston office, as a new partner for 2012.

David Walton, a 2003 Graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, focuses his practice on civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. Mr. Walton primarily handles complex commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has represented clients in a variety of business, energy, and construction disputes.
