What You can Expect as an Associate
Upon acceptance of an offer by the firm, you will receive:
- Graduation bonus
- Eligibility to take advantage of an interest-free loan/line of credit (paid back through payroll deductions during the first year of employment)
During your employment with the firm, you will receive:
- Competitive base compensation evaluated and determined annually
- Eligibility for a year-end bonus, depending on the firm’s overall performance
- Eligibility, after a year of employment, to participate in the firm’s 401K plan
- Payment of bar exam fees, MPRE exam fees, fees for BarBri or other reputable bar review course
- Reasonable moving expenses for relocation to Houston or Dallas, limits determined annually

- Payment of all course fees or other expenses for CLE courses necessary to retain your license
