What Makes Beirne, Maynard & Parsons Different?

Beirne, Maynard and Parsons is not like many other law firms. First, we are litigation-only. We do not do transactional work for clients – not IPOs, not project finance, mergers and acquisitions, or real estate deals. We do not do trust and estate or tax work. What we do is help our clients resolve disputes, whether that means a trial, an appeal, a settlement, or an arbitration. And we often advise clients on how to avoid disputes.

Being litigation-only does not, however, mean that we are a small firm. We are not, and we do not refer to ourselves as a "boutique." With approximately 70 attorneys, we have far greater depth than most boutiques. Our clients have the distinct advantage of working with a firm of significant size and incredible strength and experience in nearly every industry and every area of litigation practice. We are the "go-to" firm for many of the most prominent U.S. corporations and overseas clients when they are sued in Texas, and we have significant national and international experience as well. We often serve as national and regional counsel for companies with very large dockets of cases around a specific issue and for clients with diverse litigation issues who want to concentrate their work within one especially capable firm.
