Trent Rosenthal has over 25 years of experience counseling clients in the areas of reorganization, insolvency, work-out, and related creditors’/landlords’ rights and real estate issues. He is also involved in various litigation matters and the representation of debtors and creditors in large Chapter 11 cases and has acted as an operating Chapter 11 Trustee for real estate owners and developers, as well as insolvent companies. Additionally, Mr. Rosenthal routinely represents banks, factoring companies, asset-based lenders, landlords, and unsecured creditor’s committees.

• Represented a Florida telecommunications company in the acquisition of assets from two separate telecommunications companies in two separate chapter 11 cases
• Represented the Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee in the jointly administered complex chapter 11 cases of a cabling and wire installation business in commercial and residential buildings for telephone, cable TV, security services, intercom, and other communication services
• Represented a NYSE oilfield supply company in a competitive acquisition of assets of a drilling rig manufacturer in connection with the chapter 11 case
• Represented independent oil and gas producer in connection with its chapter 11 case
• Represented a Houston-area hot dog chain in connection with the successful chapter 11 reorganization
• Represented a Houston, Texas-based multi-unit Italian restaurant chain, with units in Texas, Louisiana and California, in connection with its reorganization case
