Trent Rosenthal has over 25 years of experience counseling clients in the areas of reorganization, insolvency, work-out, and related creditors’/landlords’ rights and real estate issues. He is also involved in various litigation matters and the representation of debtors and creditors in large Chapter 11 cases and has acted as an operating Chapter 11 Trustee for real estate owners and developers, as well as insolvent companies. Additionally, Mr. Rosenthal routinely represents banks, factoring companies, asset-based lenders, landlords, and unsecured creditor’s committees.
