David A. Walton

David Walton's practice focuses on civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. Mr. Walton primarily handles complex commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has represented clients in a variety of business, energy, and construction disputes.

• Represented a well-known public figure in multiple federal court lawsuits involving civil rights and misappropriation of image claims
• Represented defendants in professional malpractice lawsuits, including secured affirmance of summary judgments for a legal malpractice defendant before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit
• Represented clients before the National Association of Securities Dealers and the Texas Workers Compensation Commission
