- Represented a well-known public figure in multiple federal court lawsuits involving civil rights and misappropriation of image claims
- Represented defendants in professional malpractice lawsuits, including secured affirmance of summary judgments for a legal malpractice defendant before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit
