David A. Clark

David Clark represents a wide variety of clients in civil litigation. He focuses on representing insurers in insurance coverage litigation, including prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions, lawsuits against insureds seeking contribution to settlements, and defense of suits seeking coverage and/or extra-contractual damages.
