Jeff Parsons is a founding partner of Beirne, Maynard & Parsons. With more than thirty years of trial experience, he has first-chaired a broad array of civil trials, arbitrations and appeals throughout the United States. His work includes the first Superfund Site lawsuit tried in Texas; major class actions; banking, finance and securities litigation; major construction cases; complex insurance coverage disputes; energy industry cases, including refinery litigation; environmental and toxic tort lawsuits; fidelity and surety claims; intellectual property cases; fraud and civil RICO lawsuits; products liability claims; various defamation lawsuits; and, a myriad of wrongful death and bodily injury cases.

- Represented an international energy company in a lawsuit arising out of sale of its interest in a major U.S. pipeline

- Represented an international energy company in a trial with a construction company regarding revamp work at the company's chemical refinery
- Represented an international design/build company in a lawsuit with a construction company regarding revamp work at a chemical refinery
- Represented a biotech company in multiple AAA arbitrations with international pharmaceutical companies over intellectual property claims, new drugs and collaborative agreements
- Represented an insurer in a fraud lawsuit involving the insured's alleged damages in settling various class actions
- Represented another major U.S. insurer in a complex coverage trial following the settlement of covered and uncovered claims
- Secured a judgment in Pinellas County, FL, for a Saudi investor suing on fraud and RICO counts
- Represented and secured indemnity for a national builder in the first Superfund Site case tried in Texas
- Represented an international automobile manufacturer against nationwide class action claims
- Represented an insurer in trials regarding its officer's defamatory remarks and the demise of a major firm
- Represented an international company against hundreds of death and injury claims arising out of the explosion of a Corpus Christi, TX grain elevator
- Represented miscellaneous defendants in numerous wrongful death and personal injury trials
