  • Represented an electric power and natural gas transmission and distribution provider in injunction and easement enforcement actions
  • Obtained summary judgment for a national provider of automobile extended service contracts in an alleged class action lawsuit asserting DTPA claims and violation of the Texas Service Contract Regulatory Act
  • Represented the manufacturer of a turbine engine in a multiple fatality helicopter crash in the Gulf of Mexico, involving aspects of maritime law and complex international jurisdictional issues
  • Represented the owner of a commercial jet in two products liability and negligent maintenance claims brought by the pilots of the aircraft, which crashed upon take-off
  • Represented owner of offshore oil platform in personal injury lawsuit arising from a chemical explosion
